After half an hour take a kadhai put all the whole garam masala and dry red chilli roast a few seconds then add ghee, saute for one minute then add oil when oil becomes heated add the chopped onion. saute it until it becomes light brown. then add ginger garlic paste saute for 1-2 minutes then add all the powder spices and chopped tomatoes add little water cover it and cook on medium flame until the tomatoes become soft and separated the oil.turn the flame slow then add curd and saute.
  5. When all the spices roast well and oil had separated add the marinated chicken, saute and cover the lid.turn the flame on medium and cook for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally. Now add some Kasuri methi and garam masala then some water as desire consistency of gravy.cover it and cook for another 5 minutes, turn off the flame and garnish with coriander leaves.
