Steps to make Onion Pakora:
- Take a Kadhai and first place it on the gas stove. Pour refined oil for deep frying. Let the oil boil. Keep it on medium flame.
- In the mean time prepare the Pakora batter. Take a mixing Bowl pour there gram flour, add there turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and mix it properly and add little…. little water and make a batter. The batter must not be too thick and runny. It should be in medium constancy.
- Now add chopped onions to the batter and mix it properly. Now start making pakora. Pour it by your hand into the oil. Allow it to fry. The flame should be in Medium. If one side done then flip it to other side. At a time you can make many.
- Next again once more batter to make Pakora according to the quantity.
- Now for decoration I have used Capsicum slices, green chillies, tomato slices. Just coat some gram flour batter and deep fry it on oil for 2 mins and bring it out. It is totally optional.
