  5. Add all the spice powders ie. fenugreek powder, black pepper powder, cumin powder, garam masala, coriander powder, chilli powder and 1 tbsp coriander leaves and saute for a minute or two.
  6. Add this masala paste to the cooked crabs and mix it well. Add the fish tamarind and cover and cook on low flame till the oil appears at the surface. Serve hot with steamed rice.
