- Batter is ready keep it aside.
- Heat a pan add 2tbsp oil, add all chopped veggies and salt stir.
- Add chopped methi leaves, and stir.
- Heat a pan add besan batter and fried veggies mix it well. Stir until the water is shocked.
- Add 2tbsp oil and stir. The dough is ready after 20-25mints

- Heat a pan add oil add rain, hing, currypatta, greenchilli, red chilli crackle it.
- Add the methi balls stir fry till 5mints. Add chopped corrienderleaves.
