  4. Now transfer the cooled content to a blender. By adding required water, grind to a smooth chutney. Andhra’s traditional Pumpkin Chutney ready.
  5. Now heat a iron tawa to smoking point. Reduce the flame. Add 1 teaspoon brown sugar to the dosa batter. Mix well. Pour 1.5 ladle batter and spread to a thin large dosa (to the tawa’s size).
  6. Spread a tablespoon ghee throughout the dosa. Smear ghee on the sides too for a crispy dosa. Once the lower side turns reddish brown, make a incision from centre with a knife as shown.
  7. Now fold the dosa to a cone shape. Andhra special ghee dosa is ready.
