Chana Dal Curry - THE RECIPE. (I'm making in a pressure cooker. This helps the lentils to cook faster. To the pressure cooker, heat oil, add the cinnamon, cloves, bay leaf & slit green chilli. This tomato-based Indian curry recipe uses meaty chunks of jackfruit to create a vegetarian and vegan dish that's full of spicy flavor.

- Then add the fried potatoes, jackfruit and boiled lentils to the pan and mix well in low flame for about 5 minutes, now pour the water and cover the pan and cook it for 10 minutes in a low flame.
- After 10 minutes add garam masala powder mix well now switch off the flame and add ghee, now Jackfruit Curry is ready.
