  6. Ab gravy tayar krne ke liye pan me bache oil me hm kate hue onion (2 pieces) dalenge.
  7. Onion halka soft hone par hm usme onion paste dalenge.
  8. Onion ka colour change hot hi hm kate hue tomato, ginger garlic chilli paste, salt dalkar achhe se bhun lenge.
  9. Fir hm coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder dalkar achhe se bhun lenge.
  10. Finally humara masala bhun chuka hai ab hum coriander leaves aur 1 glass water dalenge or 5 minute tak gravy ko pakne denge.
  11. Gravy me kofte ko dalenge. fir gas band kar denge.
  12. Kathal kofta serve ke liye ready hai.
