- Roast sliced dry coconut, onion, ginger, garlic, black pepper, and curry leaves seperately. Tke it together in mixer jar and grind it fine with tomato. Add oil instead of water for smooth paste
- Pressure cook mutton with turmeric, cumin seeds, salt and bay leaf for 4-5 whistle.
- In kadhai add oil. Add jeera and paste we have made. Add all dry spices and cook that paste until it shows oil on top.
- Add mutton with stock and salt and mix it and let it boil for 10 mins atleast.
- Serve it hot with bhakri and bhaat.
